Wear & tear + shipping
Our wear and tear policies include following
Repairing damage
In case of the chance of your item being damaged, by shipping or wear, we have a 2 week policy that we will repair your item free of charge. After this 6 week period we will charge based on the damage of your item. For further assistance please feel free to contact us.
Replacing broken straps
We have a 3 week policy that if your strap is damaged or broken we will send you another strap free of charge. Outside this 3 week period we will charge based off damage. We ask that you please allow a minimum of 2 weeks after we receive a enquire about your strap that we will send it out to you due to hardware ordering.
Fixing any stitching issues
Following our 2 week policy, if your item has any issues with stitching fraying or stitching coming loose we will repair it free of charge. Outside of this period we will charge based on damage
In order to receive a repair we require photos and or videos of your item and the repair required before you send your bag back.
Maezy & Co uses Australia’s trusted shipping service Australia Post.
From the moment our customers received an “item shipped” notification that package is now in the hands of Aus Post. This means that arrival time, damaged good, and or lost packages will not be Maezy and Co responsibility and is out of our control.
